The brandbook tells the AI who you are and how you sound. Once uploaded, every AI reply on email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp follows that style, for everyone in your organisation. Your tone of voice stays personal on top of that.
Before you start
You are an Owner or Manager. Colleagues can view and download the brandbook.
A PDF with real text (not a scan), at most 15 MB.
What goes in it?
The brandbook is about your agency, not about colours or your logo: - Who you are and what you specialise in. - What sets you apart from other agencies. - How you write: formal or informal, words you do and do not use. - Optionally a few example messages you like.
Tip: no brandbook yet? Let your AI assistant write a first version based on your website, check it and save it as a PDF.
Step by step
Go to Settings › Tone of voice and scroll to Brandbook.
Click Upload PDF and pick your file.
Hyre reads the file and turns it into a short style guide: how you sound, which words you use and avoid.
Done. From now on every AI reply from your team follows this style.
Replace or remove it? Use Replace PDF or Remove. Download opens the current file.
Good to know
PDF refused? It is larger than 15 MB, not a PDF, or a scan without text. When an upload is refused, your previous brandbook stays in place.
Nothing about writing in it? Then Hyre makes no style guide. Add a short section on how you write.
Keep it compact. A few pages with the essentials work better than a thick brand manual.
Brandbook or tone of voice? The brandbook applies to the whole organisation. The tone of voice is per person and describes how you write. See Set up your tone of voice.
Removing it also removes the style guide. AI replies then only follow each person's own tone of voice.
