The Draft Agent checks which messages need a reply and prepares a draft for each conversation in your own style. You review and send.
Before you start
Your AI assistant is connected to Hyre. See Connect Hyre to Claude.
Your tone of voice is right. The drafts are only as good as your tone of voice.
Step by step
Go to Inbox and click Draft Agent at the top left, under Compose. It's also a routine card on the Agents page.
Your AI assistant opens. Send the prompt.
Optionally say which channel and period (for example LinkedIn, last 24 hours). You can also add instructions, such as "for a rejection keep it short and friendly, if they're interested suggest a call".
For each conversation the agent reads the thread and the context around it: your ATS, earlier emails, conversations and LinkedIn. Then it prepares a draft.
Open the conversation in Hyre. The draft is ready under the thread, and in the Drafts folder of each channel. Edit if needed and send.
Good to know
The Draft Agent never sends anything. It only prepares drafts.
Works for LinkedIn, InMail, WhatsApp and email.
Nothing to do? It tells you it prepared nothing.
The drafts are better than the quick AI reply in the inbox, because the Draft Agent uses more context (ATS, other channels, earlier conversations).
Always a draft ready: let the Draft Agent run every hour as a routine. See Set up routines in Claude. Add something like "last 24 hours, don't ask questions" to your scheduled task, or it gets stuck on a question.
Great at the end of the day or before a holiday.
No drafts? Check that your AI assistant is connected and that the scheduled task in Claude runs.
