The Task Agent works through your open tasks. For each task it gathers all the context (ATS, LinkedIn, email, conversations) and prepares the follow-up messages. You review and send.
Before you start
Your AI assistant is connected to Hyre. See Connect Hyre to Claude.
You have open tasks in Tasks.
Step by step
Go to Tasks and click Task Agent at the top right. If it says Ask AI, click that: it does the same with a general prompt.
Your AI assistant opens. Send the prompt.
The agent asks which tasks to pick up, for example everything due today or all follow-ups.
For each task it gathers the context and prepares a draft: an email, LinkedIn message or other follow-up.
You get an overview of what it did. Click a task or a draft to open it in Hyre.
Review the draft, edit where needed and send. Then complete the task.
Good to know
The Task Agent never sends anything. It prepares drafts.
Tasks it can't prepare anything for, such as a call task, stay open. You do those yourself.
The more that's known about the person (ATS, earlier conversations), the better the draft.
You can also ask, in an inbox conversation, to finish this person's tasks.
Your open tasks also show up in Start je dag and Sluit je dag.
