The Vacancy Generator Agent turns your intake meeting with a client into a complete job ad. It writes in the style of your existing job ads and, when you ask, creates the job in your ATS.
Before you start
The intake was recorded with Hyre: an online meeting, phone call or in-person recording.
Your ATS is connected (to create the job in it).
Your AI assistant is connected to Hyre. See Connect Hyre to Claude.
Step by step
Under Jobs, click Vacancy Generator Agent at the top right, or start it from the Agents page under Power agents.
Your AI assistant opens. Send the prompt.
The agent asks which intake. Say for example "my last intake meeting" or name the client. It names the conversation it found, with the date; confirm.
It reads the conversation, your notes and your current job ads to learn your style.
Answer its questions:
anonymous or in the client's name
your own style or your own style, improved (improved = it also uses a proven structure for good job ads)
About half a minute later the job ad is ready. Read it critically.
Give feedback in the chat, for example "make it longer", "put the salary at the top" or "shorter and in English".
Happy? Ask: "Create the job in my ATS." You get a link to the new job.
Good to know
The more complete the intake, the better the ad. Too short or too generic? There wasn't much in the conversation. Ask it to expand, or add the missing details in the chat.
Link to your ATS doesn't open properly? Open your ATS directly; the job is there.
If your organization uploaded a brandbook (Settings › Tone of voice), the agent takes it into account.
