The Job Finder Agent works the other way round from the Matching Agent: you start from one candidate and it finds the open jobs in your ATS that fit best.
Before you start
Your ATS is connected and has open jobs.
Your AI assistant is connected to Hyre. See Connect Hyre to Claude.
Step by step
Open the candidate in Hyre and click Job Finder Agent in the detail pane. Or start it from the Agents page under Power agents and name the candidate.
Your AI assistant opens with the candidate filled in. Send the prompt.
The agent first builds the full picture: the ATS record, the LinkedIn profile and your recent conversations. It notes what the candidate wants: type of role, salary, region and commute, hours and availability.
It reads the open jobs and skips jobs the candidate has already applied to.
You get up to five matches, best first. For each match: what fits, what doesn't or is unknown (with the source), and the logical next step, such as proposing, calling or checking something first.
It ends with a numbered list of follow-up actions. Want to run one? Say so in the chat.
Good to know
Read only. The Job Finder changes nothing in your ATS and sends nothing. Links and messages are suggestions in the list and only happen once you approve.
Thinking of one specific job? Say so and it compares only that one.
No good match? It says so and names what's missing.
It never invents experience or wishes that aren't recorded anywhere. Missing information shows as "unknown".
Started from a conversation (through Power agents in the Agents menu), it reads that conversation too.
