Sluit je dag is a routine for the end of the working day. It goes through today's conversations, prepares drafts for what still needs a follow-up and gives you a look at tomorrow.
Before you start
Your AI assistant is connected to Hyre. See Connect Hyre to Claude.
Your mailbox, calendar and ideally LinkedIn are connected (Settings › Channels).
Step by step
Go to Agents and find the Sluit je dag card (recommended 17:30).
Click Run routine, confirm the checklist and send the prompt in your AI assistant.
Sluit je dag:
prepares recaps and follow-ups from today as drafts
turns commitments from your conversations into tasks ("I'll send you the job tomorrow")
does task hygiene: what's still open or forgotten
gives a look at tomorrow: your meetings and what needs to happen before them
Review the drafts in Hyre and send them yourself. Confirm new tasks when the agent asks.
Good to know
On a busy day Sluit je dag doesn't draft every conversation at once. It starts with the most important ones (three in the demo) and asks whether to continue. Say yes, or run the rest later.
Drafts are never sent automatically. You review and send.
