One click on Set up routines and Claude schedules your Hyre routines, so they run every working day without you starting them.

You use Claude as your AI assistant (Settings › Profile › Ask AI client). With ChatGPT or Copilot the button is greyed out: "This can only be used with Claude. We recommend using Claude."

Run each routine once by hand from the Agents page first, so you know what to expect.

Go to Agents and click Set up routines at the top right.

Claude asks which routines to turn on. Pick them one by one, or All routines. With Only the ones I name you type the names yourself.

For each routine you picked, Claude creates a scheduled task called <code>Hyre: &lt;routine name&gt;</code>, at the recommended time, every working day:

- Draft Agent 08:00
- Start je dag 08:30
- ATS &amp; CRM sync 17:00
- Sluit je dag 17:30

Check your scheduled tasks in Claude (in the desktop app). That's where you change the time and frequency, for example the Draft Agent every hour instead of once a day.

1. Go to Agents and click Set up routines at the top right.

2. Claude opens with a prompt. Send it.
3. Claude asks which routines to turn on. Pick them one by one, or All routines. With Only the ones I name you type the names yourself.
4. For each routine you picked, Claude creates a scheduled task called <code>Hyre: &lt;routine name&gt;</code>, at the recommended time, every working day:
 - Draft Agent 08:00
 - Start je dag 08:30
 - ATS &amp; CRM sync 17:00

5. Check your scheduled tasks in Claude (in the desktop app). That's where you change the time and frequency, for example the Draft Agent every hour instead of once a day.

The task only names the routine. Claude loads the current procedure from Hyre on every run. When we improve a routine, your scheduled task runs the new version automatically.

Clicking again is safe. Claude updates existing Hyre tasks instead of making duplicates and leaves your other scheduled tasks alone. That way you can add a routine later.

Did you already have your own scheduled task for the Draft Agent with your own instructions (for example "never send anything" or six times a day)? Check afterwards that those instructions are still there.

Routine keeps asking for permission? Set Hyre's read tools to Always allow in Claude. Otherwise a scheduled task gets stuck on a question nobody answers.

Nothing runs? Check that you're signed in to the desktop app with your paid account and that the Hyre connection still works.
