Hyre sends you a few emails on its own: a weekly overview, an end-of-day email, product news. Under Settings › Notifications you switch each one on or off.
Step by step
Go to Settings › Notifications.
Switch on the emails you want and the rest off. Everything is on by default.
Under End of your day, use Arrives at to pick when you receive it (between 16:00 and 20:00).
A change is saved straight away.
Which emails are there?
Switch | What you get |
Inspiration | Ideas and examples of what other recruiters get out of Hyre. |
Product updates | What is new in Hyre. |
Weekly recap | Every Monday morning your week in numbers, and the meetings the notetaker did not record. |
End of your day | One email at the end of a day you had conversations: what you recorded, what already reached your ATS or CRM, and a button that finishes the rest. |
Onboarding reminder | A reminder to finish setting up Hyre, until you have finished. |
Good to know
What you ask for always arrives. Invitations to an organisation and emails you trigger in the app are not covered by these switches.
Alerts about a disconnected mailbox or LinkedIn always arrive too. You cannot switch them off, because something has stopped: your calendar, the notetaker or your messages.
Unsubscribing from an email brings you to this page, so you see right away what is still on.
The End of your day email is a quick way to write today's conversations to your ATS after all. The ATS- & CRM-sync routine does the same.
