Have someone's LinkedIn profile but no email or phone number? Enrich looks them up and saves them to the contact straight away. Then call or email in one click.
Before you start
To search by name: your LinkedIn account is connected through the Chrome extension. Pasting a profile URL does not need it.
Step by step
Click Enrich under Tools in the sidebar.
Type a name or paste a LinkedIn profile URL (
linkedin.com/in/...).Pick the right profile from the results.
Hyre looks up three details: Work email, Personal email and Phone. Anything not found shows as Not found.
Found details are saved to the contact. If there is no contact yet, Hyre creates one.
Click a found detail to continue:
Phone number: the dialer opens with the number filled in. Hyre only calls when you click Call.
Email address: your latest email conversation with that address opens, or a new message with the address filled in.
Good to know
Not always a result. Enrich searches several sources, but does not find an email or number for everyone.
Looked up before? You see Already on file and Hyre does not search again.
From a conversation you can also look up details: in the Profile panel of a contact without a number or email.
If Enrich finds an email or LinkedIn profile that belongs to another contact in your ATS, Hyre suggests merging the two. See Who was this? Linking a contact to a conversation.
Enrich shows from tablet size up, not on a phone.
Only use found details for recruitment and respect people who do not want to be contacted.
