Give feedback on your campaign

Messages too long, too polished or in the wrong language? With the Feedback button Hyre adjusts your campaigns and remembers the rule for new ones.

Written by Robin Alcedo Overbosch

You don't have to edit prompts yourself. Say what isn't right, and the Campaign Feedback Agent proposes a change to your running campaigns, plus a rule so new campaigns get it right from the start.

Before you start

  • Your AI assistant (Claude) is connected to Hyre.

  • You have read the first 10 to 20 messages your campaign sent.

Step by step

  1. Go to Outreach › Campaigns and click Feedback (the button to the right of Campaign Agent).

    The Feedback button in Outreach
  2. Your AI assistant opens. Say what is wrong and with which campaign(s). Be specific, for example:

    • "Too wordy, I want short and to the point."

    • "Too focused on job title and years of experience, keep it more general."

    • "Always in Dutch."

  3. The agent reads your campaign and the messages it sent and proposes:

    • a change to the current campaign(s);

    • a custom rule for the Campaign Agent, so new campaigns take it into account.

  4. Choose how widely it applies: one campaign, all your campaigns, or (as an Admin) the whole organization.

  5. Agree. The agent saves nothing until you say yes.

You find your custom rules with the Campaign Agent under Custom rules, split into your own rules and the organization's.

Good to know

  • Feedback applies to new messages, not to what was already sent.

  • Give one thing at a time. Then you can also see the effect.

  • Check daily in the first week, weekly after that. Filter your Inbox by campaign to see messages and replies quickly.

  • Does everything sound wrong? Then the cause is often deeper, in your tone of voice. Adjust it under Settings › Tone of voice.

  • Language: Hyre infers the language from the profile. That doesn't always go right. Mention it in your feedback with an example.
