Getting help: Helpdesk, academy and help center

Where to go with a question or problem, and what to include so we can help you fast.

Stuck on something? There are three places to find help. This article tells you which one to use when.

Which place for which question?

Using the Helpdesk

  1. Click Helpdesk at the bottom left of Hyre. On your phone, Helpdesk is in the account menu.

  2. Type your question in the chat that opens. You can add screenshots too.

  3. You get the answer in the same chat. A red number on Helpdesk means a reply is waiting for you.

The academy has the same chat at the bottom right.

Our customer success manager and our engineers answer the Helpdesk. On working days we usually reply within a few hours.

How to get help fastest

When you report a problem, include: - What you did and what you saw (the exact error message, or a screenshot). - When it happened (date and time). - Which conversation, candidate or campaign it is about. - A short screen recording helps a lot, for example with Loom.

Use the Helpdesk rather than WhatsApp or an email to someone at Hyre. That way your question reaches the right person straight away and does not get lost.

Never send passwords, API keys or client secrets through the chat or by email. If we need them for a connection, we agree on a safe way.

An agent or campaign does not do what you want?

That is usually not a bug but an instruction that can be better. Click Feedback on the Agents page (or the feedback button in Outreach), describe concretely what you want changed, and Hyre adjusts the agent or campaign. See Give feedback to your agents.
